Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days has past your purchase date, unfortunately we will not be able to honor a return, exchange or refund.

Additional non returnable items:
Skateboards and finger boards. All sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Items that have been used, even 1 time.
Any item not in its original condition, missing parts or damaged not due to our error.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and accepted it. We will further notify you of your acceptance or rejection of a refund.
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items.
Please note all damages on receipt of the parcel need to be reported within 3 working days. Either by email or phone is acceptable ways to get us the information.
We will need clear pictures and in some cases a clear video. These situations will be determined as the process moves along.
